Water, air, fossil fuels, rare earth elements, raw materials of all kinds, knowledge, visions, and technology. All of these—deeply interconnected—shape our world: a world in constant construction, deconstruction, and transformation.

In the 18th edition of the Environmental Photography Festival “horizonte zingst,” we invite you to rediscover, from May 23 to June 1, 2025, the building blocks of our everyday lives and the complexity hidden within the concept of “resources.”

“Critical Minerals – Geography of Energy” will be on display during the photography festival at the Leica Galerie of Kur- und Tourismus GmbH Zingst
